MF Doom - Villain in Two Cities
A comic book cover for a real-life legend. MF DOOM was a character in his own right, so I went all in with that vibe. Bright colours, throne, infinity gauntlet, a dead rapper’s leg in one hand and a drum machine in the other. The setting brings together London and New York, two parts of his story. Even the Treaty Centre in the background is a nod to Hounslow where he was born. And that quote from ‘Sofa King’ in the bubble — “Order a rapper for lunch, spit out the chain” — pure DOOM energy. Clever and cold at the same time.
